Doing lessons or crafts with your child at any age is a teaching tool with the added benefit of spending quality time with your child. Continue to read to your child and/or encourage them to read. Reading is important at any age. Even as an adult reading is one of the most important skills you can have. No matter what options you choose to help your child learn, remember to have fun with them, show an interest in what they like, and enjoy your time with them!
